Pop-Up Art Fest. May 2016


Hello Beautiful Artists : ( approved vendors and artists only ) 

I am creating this group message to invite you all to participate in the 1st Pop Up Art Fest!

This event will take place Sunday, May 1st in the Historic San Gabriel District at the Mission Playhouse from 12-5pm.
The event will be an added feature to the already Engage Arts series that the Mission Playhouse & the City of San Gabriel have been providing for the community. The last playhouse Silent Movie: The Goddess will be playing from 2:30-4 on May 1st. Ticket sales have already sold and are at 400-500. The Ciry along with myself will be providing promotions & marketing. We will be promoting the event throughout their City Newsletters and city promotions, social media and fliers & posters. The anticipated attendance is 700+ attendees.
The Pop Art Fest will be a free event to all attending. The event will have Pop up artists & designers, a few food vendors, and music. We are promoting the event as a Pre-Mother's Day Shopping Day & end of the Playhouse Celebration!
We will be marketing to the San Gabriel Area and neighboring cities.

The vendor cost is $100, includes a 10x10 tent and your business, or artist name on all Social Media Promotions. We will start promoting your business as soon as you sign up every day after April 1st.
We will be sending you an application once you request to join (please check your FB messager for application. If you have not received app please email us). Please send your request with the type of art or merchandise you wish to sell. Please also send your logo or business name to casitadelpueblo@msn.com
